【~】✪ G.C.E. A/L and/or any professional qualification in Public Relations or Marketing

【~】✪ 02 – 03 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospital, hospitality, or customer service environments

【~】✪ Proficient in MS Office packages

【~】✪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to detail

【~】✪ Prior experience working as a Public Relations Officer in a hospital or hotel is an added advantage

【~】✪ Willingness to work on a shift basis

【~】✪ Handle all inquiries and requests for services, provide information to customers over the telephone or at the reception counter

【~】✪ Responsible for admission process, registration of customers, reservation of appointments, and other service requests

【~】✪ Coordinate patients at the OPD, receive customers, and direct patients and other visitors to respective departments

【~】✪ Coordinate the scheduling of consultants and paramedical services
