Job Responsibilities: • Assist with daily administrative tasks
• Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Meet and assist clients professionally
• Collect, organize, and maintain documents
• Prepare reports and update records
• Coordinate with customers and team members
• Handle other office-related duties as assigned
Requirements: • Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and smartphones
• Well-organized and responsible
• Honest, punctual, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
