About the role
✅ Key Responsibilities:
o Verifying the quantity of goods during loading and unloading.
o Prepare and handle invoices, receipts, and petty cash.
o Support in internal monthly reports.
o Operational Management: Supervises daily production to ensure schedules are met and workflows are optimized.
o Team Leadership: Manages production staff, including training, scheduling, and performance appraisal.
o Quality & Safety Compliance: Monitors production to maintain quality standards and enforces strict safety protocols (e.g., OHSA).
o Troubleshooting: Identifies issues on the production line and implements immediate solutions.
o Coordination: Works with procurement, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure materials are available and machines are functional.

✅ Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing,
🔹 Proficient in ERP and MS Excel
🔹 Good communication and organizational skills.
