Production Manager

We are a fast-growing food startup creating high-quality, protein snack bars. Our mission is to make better snacks with premium ingredients, great taste, and efficient production.

POSITION: Head of Production

LOCATION: Colombo, Rajagiriya

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Head of Production, you will be responsible for the day-to-day production of our protein bars and for continuously improving our production processes.

This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with ingredients, recipes, equipment to ensure every batch meets our quality standards.

You don't need previous experience in protein bars—we're looking for someone who enjoys making food, loves improving processes, and takes pride in producing a high-quality product.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the daily production of our snack bars

• Maintaining accuracy in recipes, presentation and brand standards

• Ensuring timely preparation and dispatch of products

• Maintaining hygiene, HACCP standards and company code of conduct
