RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate between production teams and senior management.
• Monitor production efficiency and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production.
• Analyze production data to prepare performance and cost reports.
• Handle escalated production issues and resolve bottlenecks.
• Liaise with other departments (QA, Maintenance, Stores) to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong knowledge of production planning and process improvement.
• Understanding of inventory control and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Familiarity with food industry standards and compliance.
EDUCATION
• Degree or Diploma.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production management or supervisory role
AGE – Below 45
SALARY – 100,000.00 – 125,000.00
