Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production operations and meet targets.
- Supervise machine operators and ensure SOP & safety compliance.
- Monitor schedules, materials, and report delays or issues.
- Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
- Assist in process improvements and waste reduction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, material management, and resource optimization.
- Hands-on experience in leading teams under ISO/FDA/GMP standards.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
