💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : EXECUTIVE - PROCUREMENT (Construction) - Advantis Engineering, Advantis Group

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Diploma/Certificate in Procurement OR Technical (Mechanical/Electrical) qualification.

【~】✪ Minimum 2 passes at GCE A/L & 6 passes at GCE O/L, including "C" passes in English & Mathematics.

【~】✪ At least 2 years of work experience in the Construction field (preferred).

【~】✪ Working experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.

【~】✪ Strong negotiation skills and ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.

【~】✪ Ensure the smooth operation of the Procurement function within the Construction Department.

【~】✪ Maintain optimum inventory levels to reduce operating costs through effective liaison with site stores.

【~】✪ Conduct productive supplier negotiations to secure the best prices and support project budgets.

【~】✪ Source and ensure timely delivery of quality goods to construction sites for uninterrupted project flow.

【~】✪ Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, Technical Officers, and Stores Officers to provide optimal procurement service.

【~】✪ Ensure departmental operations stay within budget by obtaining proper approvals and preparing evaluations.
