We are seeking a Procurement Executive to strategically source the components that define our brand on the global stage.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

Minimum 3 years of proven prior work experience

Possesses a degree from a university and/or equivalent professional qualification in Business Management

Computer Literate and ability to work with minimum supervision

Sound knowledge of purchasing in the tea industry will be an added advantage

Analytical and persuasive

Ability to build and maintain long-term supplier relationships

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐬 :

Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers for all primary and secondary packing materials

Negotiate competitive pricing of all material to meet export-grade and food-safety standards

Manage lead times and stock levels to ensure seamless production for high-volume export orders

Build long-term partnerships with printers, converters, and material manufacturers

Ensure timely procurement of packing materials

Monitor supplier performance and quality standards
