💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
NVQ Level 03 or above (or equivalent from recognized institute)
Minimum 02 years’ experience in Hardware Technical & IT Repair sector
Good troubleshooting skills on MS-Windows & Intel-based computer hardware
Ability to work independently

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
Install, configure & maintain all types of printers (laser, inkjet, dot matrix, MFDs)
Diagnose & resolve printer hardware/software issues
Perform routine servicing, cleaning & preventive maintenance
Replace consumables (toner, cartridges, rollers, drums)
Install, configure & troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors & other IT hardware
Provide on-site & remote support to end users

Full-time Printer & Customer Support Technician role – responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of printers and IT hardware, along with end-user support (on-site & remote).
