Arugam Bay College, founded in 2018 and located in the Pottuvil area on Sri Lanka’s beautiful east coast, is seeking a qualified and passionate Primary English Teacher (Grade 2) to join our growing team.
We are a small international school with 46 students and 7 teachers, maintaining an excellent 10:1 student–teacher ratio to ensure high-quality, individualised education. Our programme is enriched with extracurricular activities including chess, arts, dance, football, surfing, and swimming.
Requirements:
• Certified primary teacher with minimum 2 years’ experience
• Excellent English proficiency
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
• Genuine love for children and education
• Willingness to learn and apply modern teaching methods
• Commitment to teamwork and school development
