【~】✪ IT knowledge will be an added advantage
【~】✪ Good communication skills
【~】✪ Good analytical and problem-solving skills
【~】✪ Motor bike driving liscence will be an added advantage

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ Provide timely and efficient customer support
【~】✪ Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with POS/credit card terminals.
【~】✪ Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems with POS terminals.
【~】✪ Help customers with the initial setup and configuration of POS systems and credit card terminals.
【~】✪ Guide users through software installation and updates.
【~】✪ Offer training to customers and end-users on how to use the POS system effectively.
【~】✪ Provide guidance on best practices and security measures for handling credit card transactions.
