About the role

Innovate Smart Al Clinic, We're looking for Patient Care Assistant to handle inquiries, support patients, and provide a seamless service experience before and after Patient leave.

Location: Kotte (On-site)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.

• Provide accurate details and coordinate viewing appointments.

• Assist patient with medical documentation, clarifications, and follow-up communication.

• Maintain a high standard of service excellence and client satisfaction.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, patient, and service-oriented.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.

• Maintain Patients records

Requirements:

• Basic English communication skills

• Willing to work in shifts (day)

• Age limit - 23 to 35

• Basic computer literacy
