Job Description
• Manage store opening and setup to ensure operating standards are met
• Develop, implement and improve all processes and procedures to continuously improve the effectiveness of the retail business
• Oversee day to day retail operations including inventory, store planning and maintenance and daily store reporting.
• Must have ability to take full responsibility of the store and staff
• Manage the selection, training and development of employees.
• Achieves and maintains a high customer satisfaction level regularly and systematically
• Ensure monthly sales target is met.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
