Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, people-focused, and results-driven Operations Manager who can lead cross-functional teams, streamline operations, and scale the business efficiently. This role requires a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable with strategic planning and day-to-day execution, with proven experience in sales leadership and human resources management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Management
* Lead and motivate sales, marketing, admin, and support teams to exceed performance targets.
* Foster a positive, high-performance culture that drives results.
* Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members.
2. Operations Excellence
* Audit and fine-tune existing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Implement SOPs, performance metrics, and automation to reduce manual tasks.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
3. Sales Support & Growth
* Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead handling, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
* Develop sales strategies, scripts, and performance dashboards.
* Monitor KPIs such as lead-to-deal ratio, appointment-to-deal ratio, and revenue per agent.
4. HR Management
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires.
* Build career development paths and retention programs for top performers.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
5. Technology & Data
* Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) and analytics to track and improve performance.
* Implement tech solutions for automation, reporting, and communication.
* Analyze operational and sales data to drive informed decisions.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
* Strong background in sales management with measurable success in achieving targets.
* Tech-savvy, with advanced knowledge of CRM systems, automation tools, and reporting platforms.
* Exceptional people management and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
* Real estate or related industry experience is an advantage.
