💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Operations Executive (Night Shift)

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ 6 months to 5 years of working experience (Candidates with experience in the RCM industry are also encouraged to apply).

【~】✪ Excellent command of English in written and spoken forms.

【~】✪ Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.

【~】✪ High energy, self-driven, problem solving, and positive attitude with a strong desire to improve processes by continued research/education.

【~】✪ Ability to work U.S. standard hours and calendar. Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Should be able to make calls to insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage and gather benefits of patient's plan.

【~】✪ Should be able to document the call notes, initiate or execute the corrective measures.

【~】✪ Record the actions and post the notes on the customer's revenue cycle platform (PMS).

【~】✪ Maintain a system for initial and subsequent verification of benefits.

【~】✪ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies.
