Idea Lounge is a product studio building and supporting multiple digital products across property, technology, and professional services — including Strata Pages, an Australian proptech platform modernising strata management through automation, AI, and transparency.
We work closely with founders and leadership teams to turn ideas into scalable, well-run businesses.
The Role
We’re looking for a high-calibre Operations & Growth Coordinator to join Idea Lounge and work directly with leadership across multiple products, including Strata Pages.
This is not an admin or VA role.
You’ll act as a central execution and coordination lead — helping transform strategy into action, content into campaigns, and conversations into outcomes. The role suits someone who has worked in operations, coordination, office management, marketing support, or junior management roles and enjoys ownership and structure.
You will be trusted with responsibility and expected to think, prioritise, and improve systems — not just follow instructions.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Operations
Coordinate and schedule LinkedIn posts, blogs, and email content across products
Turn leadership notes, voice messages, and drafts into clear, professional content
Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts
Maintain content calendars and publishing consistency
Sales & Follow-Up Coordination
Manage follow-ups after meetings, demos, and events
Track leads and conversations to ensure timely responses
Maintain CRM records and basic reporting
Assist with preparing decks, FAQs, onboarding packs, and proposals
Business & Operations Support
Document processes and create simple SOPs
Coordinate tasks across tools (Google Workspace, Notion, CRM, email)
Support onboarding workflows for users, partners, and contractors
Identify inefficiencies and suggest operational improvements
Leadership & Execution Support
Work closely with leadership to prioritise tasks and execution
Translate high-level ideas into clear action items
Act as a reliable second set of eyes on quality and detail
Proactively raise risks, gaps, or opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Essential
Experience in operations, coordination, office management, marketing support, or management roles
Strong written and spoken English (working with Australian clients)
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Ability to manage multiple products and priorities
Highly Regarded
Experience supporting founders, managers, or senior leadership
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Notion, CRMs, Google Workspace
Exposure to SaaS, property, real estate, or professional services
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
