Paragon Bee Private Limited is a creative and fast-growing company specializing in 3D printed products, custom prototypes, and laser/CNC fabrication. We are looking for a dedicated 3D CAD Modeler who can support our expanding product design and production workflow.
-Key Responsibilities
Design accurate and clean 3D CAD models for 3D-printed products and prototypes.
Operate and maintain 3D printers (FDM/Resin), laser cutters, and CNC machines.
Work with the production team to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
Develop creative product concepts and convert ideas into functional 3D models.
-Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic computer design skills (any design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fusion360, or similar is an advantage)
Good handcrafting skills and willingness to learn
A creative, innovative mindset
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
No need for high-level experience—enthusiasm and creativity are more important
Minimum educational qualification: Advance Level Maths/Science/ Engineering technology)
-Additional Advantages
Experience with rendering or animation tools (Blender, KeyShot, etc.).
Experience in product prototyping or model making.
Knowledge of video editing or content creation.
Starting Salary- LKR 40,000-45,000
