🧾 Key Responsibilities
1. Handle online orders (website, WhatsApp, social platforms)
2. Reply & manage WhatsApp messages professionally
3. Attend & answer incoming customer calls
4. Convert inquiries to sales through effective follow-up
5. Acquire new customers via online & outbound strategies
6. Maintain daily logs of inquiries, orders & customer details
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
1. Fluent in Sinhala, Tamil & basic English (multilingual communication is highly valued)
2. Ability to respond professionally & promptly through WhatsApp
3. Basic computer use — WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, online platforms
4. Sales-oriented mindset – negotiation, follow-up & closing skills
5. Prior sales/customer service experience is an advantage (Freshers welcome)
