Position:
Office Manager (Manager Level)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administration
- Manage staff and coordinate recruitment processes
- Handle documentation related to Japan employment/training programs
- Communicate with Japanese partners and clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial or office administration role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Japanese is an added advantage)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation handling
- Experience in recruitment or overseas employment agencies is preferred
