Office Estimator – Former Tradesperson (Move Off the Tools)

Company: Serviceteam Ltd (UK construction & property maintenance company)

Have you worked as a plumber, electrician, kitchen fitter, bathroom installer or refurbishment tradesperson?

Do you want to move into a stable office job where you use your technical knowledge instead of physical labour?

We are hiring a tradesperson to join our team preparing quotes and scopes of work for property maintenance and refurbishment projects in London, UK.

This is not a call centre role.

What you will do:

• Review customer job enquiries and photos

• Identify missing information before quoting

• Prepare scopes of work and job estimates

• Use software tools (including AI) to help draft quotations

Requirements:

• 3+ years hands-on trade experience

• Plumbing, electrical, kitchens, bathrooms or refurbishment experience preferred

• Comfortable using a computer

• Good written and spoken English

Details:

• Office based role – Battaramulla

• Working hours: 1:30pm – 10:30pm (Sri Lanka time)

• 5 days per week

• Long-term stable position

• Competitive salary depending on experience
