Have you worked as a plumber, electrician, kitchen fitter, bathroom installer or refurbishment tradesperson?
Are you ready to move into a stable office-based role where you use your trade knowledge instead of physical labour?
We are hiring an experienced former tradesperson to join our estimating team, supporting UK (London) property maintenance and refurbishment projects.
This is not a call centre role.
You will use your real-world installation experience to review job enquiries, study photos and videos from customers, identify missing scope, and prepare professional schedules of work and quotations.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Reviewing customer enquiries and job photos (bathrooms, kitchens, repairs, refurbishments)
• Identifying what is missing or unclear before quoting
• Drafting clear scopes of work
• Estimating labour and material allowances
• Using structured tools (including AI support) to assist with drafting
• Working independently and taking ownership of your output

This Role Is Ideal If You:
• Have 5+ years hands-on trade experience
• Have installed kitchens, bathrooms or worked on refurb projects
• Understand what can go wrong on site
• Think carefully before pricing a job
• Want to move into a long-term office role
• Are comfortable using computers and basic software
• Can communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)

• Office-based role (Battramulla)
• Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm UK time (1:30pm – 10:30pm SL time)
• 5 days per week
• Stable long-term opportunity
• No site travel or physical labour
This is a senior role requiring real on-site experience and strong judgement.
