We are looking for a dynamic, trustworthy, and proactive Office Assistant to join our team and support smooth daily operations at our head office.
𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄
⍟ Handle general office and administrative work to support daily operations.
⍟ Maintain proper filing system (physical & electronic)
⍟ Perform banking-related tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and cheque handling as assigned.
⍟ Deliver letters, invoices, and other documents inside and outside the office.
⍟ Assist Finance, and other departments with basic administrative tasks.
⍟ Carry out any other duties assigned by the management.
𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒
⍟ Male candidates are preferred.
⍟ Possess a sound academic background with G.C.E. O/L & G.C.E. A/L
Qualifications in Business Administration or a related field are advantageous.
⍟ Good communication skills.
⍟ Age below 35 years
⍟ Familiarity with documentation
⍟ Should have a valid riding license
