# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ Send client invoices and related documents on time and get proper acknowledgements
【~】✪ Collect assigned payments and artwork on time, following the instructions given by Key Account Manager
【~】✪ Collect signed contracts, check details, and keep them safely with proper records
【~】✪ Support the sales team by completing assigned tasks and tracking progress
# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
Qualification, Experience & Abilities:
【~】✪ Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in sales or customer care
【~】✪ Experience in handling payments and contract documents is an added advantage
【~】✪ Well organized person with good communication skills
【~】✪ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
【~】✪ Must have a valid driving license and a motorbike
【~】✪ Willing to travel when required
