Job Overview
As an office assistant at J & J Apparels. you will play an essential role in supporting our office operations. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage administrative tasks and help maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities
• answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office correspondence.
• prepare files and manage documents, ensuring records are kept accurate and up to date.
• order office supplies. monitor inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• input and update information in spreadsheets and databases accurately.
• assist other team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications***
Education - Higher education, additional qualification is a plus.
Experience - previous experience as an office assistant or similar role preferred.
Technical skills - proficient in Microsoft office and comfortable with office equipment.
Soft Skills - strong Organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
Work Style - Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as a part of team.
Knowledge - basic knowledge of bookkeeping or data management
