Key Responsibilities:
• Handle social media pages and respond to customer messages and orders.
• Coordinate customer inquiries and order processing efficiently.
• Assist with basic office administrative tasks.
• Create and edit simple designs using Canva for social media posts and promotions.
Requirements:
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
• Friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented personality.
