Job Description
We require an experienced or skilled administrator to join a growing, impartial business services
firm in London. This position is full-time, with 40 hours a week, and there are no public holidays
in Sri Lanka. Ideally, we would prefer the individual to work 8 hours every day, Monday through
Friday. The role will be based in our Jaffna office.
We are an award-winning company, and we are looking for someone who will help provide our
customers with an award-winning level of service. The role of the office administrator will involve
providing administration support to the sales team, case managing files accurately within
prescribed timescales, and focusing on achieving excellent customer service at all times. We are
seeking an individual who can take ownership of customers’ queries, ensuring appropriate
solutions are given and seen through to conclusion.
The role also provides potential for progression as the firm grows and develops.
Duties:
1. Progress cases through to legal completion and beyond.
2. Liaise with Advisers and service providers to ensure appraisal on the progress of cases
and resolving any queries arising.
3. Monitoring client emails, account management of repeat clients.
4. Act as the first port of call for queries from clients, and service providers.
5. General office administration duties such as filing, reporting, and answering the
telephone.
6. Occasional finance administration duties.
7. Support with marketing activities as required.
8. Updating and maintaining systems and files.
9. Working with advisors to ensure all activities meet compliance and regulatory
requirements.
Experience and qualifications:
• Proven administration experience within a financial services environment is preferable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills in English.
• Proficiency in composing reports and emails in English.
• Excellent computer skills, including database set-up and maintenance, Microsoft Office
(including Excel and Word).
• Attention to detail and experience of working with prescribed systems and procedures.
• Self-motivated and professional individual.
