We are looking for a reliable Human Resource /Admin Office Administrator to undertake Human Resource and administrative tasks. The tasks will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
The HR/Admin office administrator ensures the smooth running of the company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements
1. G.C.E Advanced Level.
2. Candidates must be living in Kelaniya /Peliyagoda/Kiribathgoda/Wattala/Kadawatha Area
3.Proven experience as an HR/Admin office administrator, relevant role
4.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
5.Excellent organizational and leadership skills
6.Familiarity with office management procedures and basic 7.Accounting principles
8.Excellent knowledge of MS Office/MS Excel
