Multitasking Maintaince Officer

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multitasking Maintenance Officer to handle general maintenance work. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both electrical and plumbing work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical repairs, wiring, and troubleshooting

• Handle plumbing work including pipe repairs, leak fixing, and installations

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections

• Identify and fix technical issues quickly and efficiently

• Maintain tools and ensure safety standards are followed

• Assist with other general maintenance tasks as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrician and/or Plumber

• Basic knowledge of general building maintenance

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
