【~】✪ Technical diploma/certificate in Mechanical, Tool & Die, Polymer, or related field preferred (NVQ Level 03 or 04)
【~】✪ Minimum 3 years' work experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment
【~】✪ Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
【~】✪ Ability to read technical drawings and process documents
【~】✪ Ability to work well under pressure
【~】✪ Teamworking skills
【~】✪ Good verbal and written communication skills
【~】✪ Age below 45 years old
【~】✪ Knowledge of medical/cleanroom manufacturing preferred
Preference will be given to those who reside near Bandaragama area

Skilled technician with injection moulding experience
Strong problem-solver with attention to detail
Able to work in a cleanroom/medical manufacturing environment

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance in manufacturing and utility machines
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection moulding machines and moulds
Perform mould changeovers, process adjustments, and machine start-ups
Monitor product quality and process parameters
Carry out preventive mould maintenance and minor repairs
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485:2016, GMP, and cleanroom requirements
Maintain production records, traceability, and documentation
Support validation activities and continuous process improvement
Minimize downtime, defects, and material wastage
