Neonex Academy is looking for a creative, energetic, and skilled Mobile Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging video content and transforming creative ideas into high-quality content for social media platforms.
You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing engaging short-form and promotional video content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, shoot, and edit creative video content using mobile phones and other available equipment.
* Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, promotional videos, and other short-form content.
* Manage and grow our content presence across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
* Develop creative video concepts based on current social media trends.
* Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
* Use Adobe Photoshop or other creative tools when required for content production.
* Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the Neonex Academy brand.
* Assist in developing and maintaining the social media content plan and schedule.
* Cover company events, programs, student activities, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
* Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
* Complete assigned content within deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
Requirements
* Below 30 years of age.
* Educational qualification or professional training related to Videography, Video Editing, Digital Media, Multimedia, or a related field will be an advantage.
* Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar editing/animation software.
* Strong understanding of mobile videography, camera angles, lighting, framing, and storytelling.
* Good understanding of current social media trends and short-form video content.
* Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
* Excellent communication and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
* Candidates residing in or around Kadawatha will be given preference.
