Summary: Crave Premium Foods, a curator of artisanal gourmet products, is seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Premium Product Merchandiser. This specialized role is key to ensuring that our select ranges of premium ice creams (including Carmello, specialty Matcha, and Milo creations) are presented with the highest standard of visual appeal and product knowledge within our partner supermarkets, notably Keels.
Responsibilities:
Artful Presentation: Create and maintain pristine, appealing, and visually enticing product displays in assigned freezer and refrigeration units, strictly following brand presentation standards and optimizing shelf-space layout.
Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels within the supermarket and coordinate closely with the supply chain and regional sales team.
Promotional Execution: Correctly place all point-of-sale (POS) materials, including the "Discovery Guide" on freezer doors and other educational content, in optimal positions.
Market Intelligence: Collect and report valuable customer feedback, preferences, and competitor activity.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG or food retail merchandising, sales demonstrations, or a similar role.
A genuine passion for premium and gourmet food products.

Physical stamina for tasks involving kneeling, lifting, and working in a cold environment.
