📦 Merchandiser – Modern Trade

📝 Key Responsibilities :

🛒 Maintain product displays by arranging shelves according to company guidelines.

✅ Ensure products are fully stocked, clean, correctly priced, and properly displayed.

📢 Report any shelf or product-related issues to the supervisor.

📦 Monitor stock levels and replenish products to ensure continuous availability.

🔄 Follow the FIFO (First In First Out) method to maintain product freshness and reduce wastage.

⚠️ Report out-of-stock items, near-expiry products, and slow-moving products to the Area Sales Representative or Supervisor.

🎓 Qualifications:

Successfully completed G.C.E. (O/L) qualification.

G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification will be an added advantage.

💼 Experience:

Minimum 0–1 year of experience in merchandising, retail operations, sales support, or a related field.

👤 Preferred Candidate

Male candidates are preferred.

📝 ප්‍රධාන වගකීම්:

🛒 ආයතනයේ උපදෙස් අනුව සුපිරි වෙළඳසැල් රාක්කවල නිෂ්පාදන ක්‍රමවත්ව සැකසීම.

✅ නිෂ්පාදන හිඟයකින් තොරව තැබීම, පිරිසිදුව තැබීම සහ නිවැරදි මිල ගණන් ප්‍රදර්ශනය කිරීම.

📢 රාක්ක හෝ නිෂ්පාදන සම්බන්ධයෙන් ගැටලුවක් වුවහොත් ඒ පිළිබඳව සුපරීක්ෂකවරයා දැනුවත් කිරීම.

📦 තොග මට්ටම් පරීක්ෂා කර බලා නිෂ්පාදන අඛණ්ඩව ලබාදීමට කටයුතු කිරීම.

🔄 නිෂ්පාදනවල නැවුම්භාවය රැක ගැනීමට සහ අපතේ යාම වැළැක්වීමට FIFO (පළමුව පැමිණෙන දේ පළමුව නිකුත් කිරීමේ) ක්‍රමය අනුගමනය කිරීම.

⚠️ නිෂ්පාදන අවසන් වීම්, කල් ඉකුත්වීමට ආසන්න නිෂ්පාදන සහ අලෙවිය අඩු නිෂ්පාදන පිළිබඳව ප්‍රාදේශීය විකුණුම් නියෝජිතයා හෝ සුපරීක්ෂකවරයා දැනුවත් කිරීම.

🎓 අධ්‍යාපන සුදුසුකම්:

▪️ අ.පො.ස (සා/පෙළ) විභාගය සමත් වී තිබීම.

▪️ අ.පො.ස (උ/පෙළ) සමත් වී තිබීම අමතර සුදුසුකමකි.

💼 පළපුරුද්ද:

▪️ මර්චන්ඩයිසින්, සිල්ලර වෙළඳාම හෝ විකුණුම් ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ වසර 0 ත් 1 ත් අතර පළපුරුද්ද. (පළපුරුද්දක් නොමැති අයටද අයදුම් කළ හැක)
