Mechanical Technician

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN / Location: Malabe, Colombo

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance.

• Attend machinery breakdowns and perform timely repairs.

• Conduct preventive maintenance for machines and utilities.

• Assist in installation, modification, and commissioning of machinery.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain maintenance

records.

REQUIREMENTS

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent technical qualification.

• Qualification obtained from a recognized Technical College.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance.

• Experience in workshop technology, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic

systems.

• Knowledge of general factory and machinery maintenance.

• Familiarity with preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good discipline, responsibility, and safety awareness.

අවශ්‍යතා

• NVQ 4 මට්ටමක් හෝ ඊට සමාන තාක්ෂණික සුදුසුකමක්.

• පිළිගත් තාක්ෂණික විද්‍යාලයකින් ලබාගත් සුදුසුකමක්.

• යාන්ත්‍රික නඩත්තු කටයුතු වල අවම වශයෙන් වසර 2ක ප්‍රායෝගික අත්දැකීම්.

• workshop technology, Plumbing, Hydraulic හා Pneumatic පද්ධති පිළිබඳ දැනුම සහ අත්දැකීම්.

• කාර්මික / කර්මාන්තශාලා යන්ත්‍ර නඩත්තු පිළිබඳ දැනුම.

• පෙරකාලීන නඩත්තු කිරීම හා Breakdown Maintenance පිළිබඳ දැනුම.

• Injection Molding යන්ත්‍ර පිළිබඳ දැනුම තිබීම අමතර වාසියක් වේ.

• ස්වාධීනව හා කණ්ඩායමක් ලෙස කාර්යය කිරීමට හැකියාව.

• හොඳ වගකීමක්, කාර්යශීලීභාවය හා ආරක්ෂාව පිළිබඳ අවධානය.
