We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager and also indoor sales man to promote our tea factory, attract tour groups, and increase sales through strategic partnerships.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract tourists and travel companies

• Build strong relationships with tour operators, guides, and agencies

• Promote the tea factory experience to international visitors

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing (tourism/hospitality preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of social media marketing

• Self-motivated and result-oriented

• Strong communication skills

• Confidence in handling customers

• Language skills are a MUST:
