We are looking for a friendly, professional, and energetic *Customer Care Executive* to join our team!
*Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, WhatsApp & email inquiries
- Manage vehicle bookings, reservations and confirmations
- Assist customers with rentals, payments, and after-service support
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
*Requirements:*
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala
- 1+ years experience in customer service preferred, freshers welcome
- Computer literate - MS Office, Email, Booking systems
- Pleasant personality, problem-solving skills & positive attitude
