💼 Position: Marketing Coordinator

📌 Responsibilities:

▪️ Looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

▪️ Handle and develop corporate market relationships.

▪️ Liaise with customers and the sales team.

▪️ Maintain excellent customer handling and communication.

▪️ Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

▪️ Handle calls and emails and respond to customer queries.

▪️ Inform customers regarding delivery dates, warranty items, and other relevant matters.

▪️ Coordinate with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness and promote new products or services.

▪️ Handle documentation work.

▪️ Perform other relevant coordination duties as required.

🎓 Requirements:

▪️ Age should be below 35 years.

▪️ Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage.

▪️ Should have passed G.C.E. (A/L).

▪️ Completing CIM or SLIM will be an added advantage.

▪️ Excellent knowledge of IT products and MS Office (Excel/Word).

▪️ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

▪️ Minimum 1 year of experience in the marketing field.

▪️ Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

▪️ Good computer literacy.
