Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Marketing Assistant (Female) to join our team at Blanche Global. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating orders, and supporting daily online marketing activities across key communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram.

Convert customer chats into successful sales orders.

Maintain a positive and professional tone when communicating with customers.

Manage follow-ups, order confirmations, and basic customer support.

Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, product updates, and campaign communication.

Provide daily reports on inquiries, conversions, and customer interactions.

Requirements

Female candidate aged 18–30 (preferred).

Strong written communication skills.

Friendly, confident, and customer-service oriented personality.

Ability to multitask and respond quickly to customer messages.

Prior experience in online marketing, sales, or customer support is an advantage (but not mandatory).

Must be available to work on-site during selected shift.

Residing near Thalawathugoda is an added advantage.
