Job Description – Sales and Marketing Executive
SA CARZ Holdings is a premium vehicle import and sales company specializing in custom-built pickup trucks and performance vehicles imported from Thailand and Japan. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, supporting sales conversions, and creating engaging marketing content across digital platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer service to walk-in and online customers
Handle and follow up on sales inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
Convert leads into confirmed sales and maintain customer relationships
Create marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop (posters, visuals, promotions)
Design and publish social media content including posts, stories, reels, and short videos
Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)
Assist with vehicle photography and video shoots
Support day-to-day sales and marketing activities
Requirements
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
