Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Hospital Manager to coordinate medical consultants and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient hospital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate medical consultant schedules, clinics, appointments, and related activities.
- Manage daily hospital operations and supervise staff.
- Coordinate doctors, nurses, administration, laboratory, pharmacy, and support services.
- Monitor patient services, staff attendance, duty rosters, and hospital facilities.
- Handle patient complaints and operational issues professionally.
- Maintain hospital records, inventory, supplies, and documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare reports and assist with administrative and financial matters.
- Support hospital licensing, inspections, maintenance, and promotional activities.
- Ensure smooth hospital operations and respond to urgent operational matters when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating with medical consultants and healthcare professionals is an advantage.
- Good English, computer literacy, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
