We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accounts Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team in Kalutara. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, good computer skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage salaries, payroll, and staff-related payments
* Maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports
* Handle day-to-day accounting and financial management activities
* Manage and supervise staff, ensuring smooth office operations
* Maintain and monitor stock records and inventory control
* Assist management in budgeting, planning, and financial decision-making
Requirements:
* Solid knowledge of computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools
* Strong understanding of accounting and financial management
* Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Ability to manage staff and work independently
* Good organizational and problem-solving skills
* Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
