Position Title & Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies for market entry, growth and
sustainability.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, customer
needs, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and
key customers.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent
customer service.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on progress and
challenges.
• Organize workshops, demos, and training sessions for tools.
Required Qualifications:
• Valid driving license.
• Passed G.C.E A/L.
• Age between 20-40 years.
• Strong understanding of industry trends.
• Good Knowledge of Automotive and industrial Tools.
• Good communication and team management abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving Skill.
• Strong leadership skill.
• If have experience in relevant field, will extra qualification.
