Develop and implement strategies for market entry, growth, and sustainability.
Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor
activities.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Provide regular reports to senior management on progress and challenges.
Organize workshops, demos, and training sessions for tools.

Valid driving license.
Passed G.C.E A/L.
Age between 20-40 years
Strong understanding of industry trends.
Good Knowledge of Automotive and industrial Tools
Good communication and team management abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving Skill.
Strong leadership skill.
