අවශ්යතා සහ සුදුසුකම්:
- NVQ Level 4 සුදුසුකම් සහිත වීම හෝ පිළිගත් ආයතනයකින් ලබාගත් තාක්ෂණික සුදුසුකමක්
- නඩත්තු කාර්මිකයෙකු ලෙස අවම වශයෙන් අවුරුදු 2 ක පළපුරුද්ද. හෝටල් ශ්රේෂ්ත්රයේ පලපුරුද්ද වඩත් සුදුසුයි

Maintenance Technician (All-Rounder)
We are a boutique hotel seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Rukgala Retreat Digana.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting (single-phase and three-phase systems)
- Air conditioning and refrigeration equipment servicing and repairs.
- Electrical equipment repairs
- Swimming pool maintenance
- Basic carpentry and masonry work, including painting.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and attend to breakdowns as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
NVQ level 4 qualification or a technical qualification from a reputed institute.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
An attractive remuneration package along with Accommodation facilities will be provided.
