【~】 Full-time trade apprentice training in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 03 or 04)
【~】 Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment
【~】 Ability to work shift duty
【~】 Good verbal and written communication skills
【~】 Relevant technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
【~】 Ability to work well under pressure and teamworking skills
【~】 Age below 35 years
【~】 Preference given to candidates residing near Bandaragama area

【~】 Inspect equipment and conduct routine maintenance on manufacturing and utility machines
【~】 Install and commission new machines
【~】 Adhere to all safety and performance regulations
【~】 Follow up and undertake scheduled maintenance
【~】 Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and repair equipment
【~】 Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation for engineering staff
【~】 Fit new parts and ensure equipment is working correctly
【~】 Work with specialist equipment such as programmable logic controllers (PLC) on factory assembly lines
