Location: Colombo
Key Responsibilities
• Arrange and check invoices and samples before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate deliveries with customers and suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations.
• Track and maintain invoices as per the company guidelines, ensuring records are up-to-date and compliant.
• Address customer complaints by providing timely feedback and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep updated records of all deliveries, ensuring that all data is accurately maintained and easily accessible.
• Prepare regular reports and manage filing systems to ensure proper documentation and easy retrieval of information.
Required Qualification
• Passed the GCE Advanced Level and hold a diploma or certificate in logistics or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
• Strong relationships with the SPC/Medical Supply Division and healthcare administration departments will be an added advantage
• Good Communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the Colombo area.
• Possession of a bike and a valid driving license.
