Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee loan recovery operations to ensure timely collections.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate debt resolution.

Apply effective negotiation and analytical skills to resolve complex cases.

Follow up with customers on overdue payments and provide suitable repayment solutions.

Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

0–3 years of experience in loan recovery, collections, or a related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and effectively.

Basic computer literacy and access to a personal computer.

Education: GCE Advanced Level with a Diploma (preferred).
