💠 Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Linehaul Supervisor to oversee daily and overnight linehaul operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely movement of vehicles and packages. The role will be responsible for shuttle utilization, loading and unloading activities, operational coordination, invoice and data verification, and collaboration with Sort and Security teams.

【~】✪ 🔹Operations & Data Management
【~】✪ 🔹Review and verify payment-related documents and vendor invoices before the required cut-off time.
【~】✪ 🔹Ensure operational data is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
【~】✪ 🔹Review weekly business review (WBR) reports and identify operational gaps or discrepancies.
【~】✪ 🔹Monitor key operational metrics and take corrective action where required.
💠 Shuttle Utilization
【~】✪ 🔹Monitor and optimize the utilization of all shuttles within the Linehaul department.
【~】✪ 🔹Coordinate with scheduling teams to ensure efficient deployment of vehicles and resources.
【~】✪ 🔹Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve fleet utilization and productivity.
【~】✪ 🔹Ensure vehicles are deployed according to operational requirements and schedules.
💠 Safety & Compliance
【~】✪ 🔹Enforce safety protocols during all loading and unloading activities.
【~】✪ 🔹Conduct regular safety checks to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
【~】✪ 🔹Ensure loaders, riders, and other operational staff follow safe working practices.
【~】✪ 🔹Provide guidance and training on proper loading, unloading, and safety procedures.
【~】✪ 🔹Promptly report and address safety incidents, risks, or non-compliance.
💠 Overnight Operations
【~】✪ 🔹Monitor and oversee overnight linehaul operations to ensure the timely and secure movement of vehicles and packages.
【~】✪ 🔹Respond to operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions during the night shift.
【~】✪ 🔹Work closely with the Sort team to minimize delays and optimize the sorting process.
【~】✪ 🔹Ensure effective communication and handover between Sort and Linehaul teams.
【~】✪ 🔹Supervise loading and unloading activities at designated bays.
💠 Security & Package Control
【~】✪ 🔹Collaborate closely with the Security team to ensure accurate counting and checking of packages.
【~】✪ 🔹Ensure package movements are properly verified during loading and unloading.
【~】✪ 🔹Investigate and escalate package discrepancies, losses, or security-related issues.
【~】✪ 🔹Maintain strong controls to ensure the secure movement of packages and vehicles.
💠 Requirements
【~】✪ 🔹Previous experience in Logistics, Linehaul, Transportation, Warehouse, or Operations will be a added advanateg.
【~】✪ 🔹Experience supervising or coordinating operational teams is preferred.
【~】✪ 🔹Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
【~】✪ 🔹Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
【~】✪ 🔹Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict operational deadlines.
【~】✪ 🔹Strong communication and coordination skills.
【~】✪ 🔹Good knowledge of safety and operational compliance procedures.
【~】✪ 🔹Ability to work overnight/night shifts and flexible schedules when required.
【~】✪ 🔹Proficiency in MS Office Workspace and operational reporting tools is an advantage.
