🧾 Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role within the tea industry

Strong knowledge of tea leaf collection, grading, and field operations

Ability to manage suppliers, smallholders, and estate coordination

Good understanding of quality control standards in tea processing

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and handle field responsibilities

Basic record-keeping and reporting skills

Physically fit and willing to travel within surrounding areas

Trustworthy and highly reliable (Mandatory)
