About the role
Labour & Compliance Officer - Senior Level
-Salary Range :100,000LKR to 120,000 LKR
-Working Time :9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sunday off
-Gender Requirement: No restriction
-Age Requirement: 40-45 years old
-Nationality Requirement: SriLankan
- Education Requirements: University degree or above
- Language requirements: Fluent English and Sinhala (chinese is an added qualification)
Job Descriptions:
- Strong knowledge of EPF/ETF regulations and Sri Lankan labour laws
- Experience in handling submissions, reconciliations, and compliance audits
- Good understanding of immigration procedures and coordination with authorities
- Excellent data management and reporting skills (proficiency in Excel & Word)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain accurate employee records and statutory documentation
- Good communication skills for liaising with government departments and company management
- Problem-solving ability and ability to work under deadlines

Job Descriptions:
- Basic experience or exposure in handling EPF/ETF processes
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to maintain and organize employee records systematically
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn labour/immigration compliance procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
