Outlet Manager – Kuliyapitiya Arpico Daily
Arpico Daily is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as an Outlet Manager at our Kuliyapitiya outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day outlet operations efficiently.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the outlet team.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence.
• Monitor stock availability and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Previous 2 or 3 years experience in retail operations or outlet management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Good knowledge of customer service and team management.
• Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
